This hiking , walking , trekking poles are made from light weight durable aluminum. Each pole can be extended to any length from 25 to 53 inches in length. The poles extend by turn locking system & each pole has measuring marks on the middle section for easy adjustment to your preferred height on every trip. They have a durable carbide tip, under the rubber foot at the bottom, for trekking on more rocky and uneven terrain. Each pole comes with an optional mud disk for use on softer ground coverings so the poles won’t sink. Each stick contains an anti shock spring located in the upper section of each pole for more comfortable walking by absorbing the impact of each pole placement.

They’re just Ok. They have some issues. This review is based on my first time use of the poles, which was on a snowshoeing trip. The snow was semi-packed, and about 1/2 hour into the trip one of the snow baskets was pulled off. Luckily I found it and I was able to put it back on. And it stayed on for the rest of the trip, which was about four miles. Another negative thing that I found with them throughout the entire day, is that the pole that would be in my right hand would continually collapse. That’s because I evidently turn both…
Hiking Fun and Hiking Support I ordered these at the last minute after planning a hike in the mountains. The terrain was muddy, covered in leaves and acorns and a steady downward slope, reversing upward to same. The poles were INDISPENSABLE!. They kept me from slipping and also supported me securely on large steps up and down. These are very lightweight so do not use extra energy.
