It’s worth buying, but just barely For around $25 this lets you do a nice job on your ski or snowboard edges. It generally costs around $30 to get an edge and wax done professionally, so if you can wax your own skis, you’ve broken even after just over one use.That said, the “2×2 edger”, or file guide, is made out of what appears to be fairly brittle plastic and the file is not held in there very securely. The plastic has started to wear significantly where it contacts the edges after just 2 or 3 uses. I’d be…
