This is one of the most comfortable helmets I have ever worn. The liner provides a soft cushioning that feels very premium and comfortable around my head. The only caveat I have found is the ear flaps don’t align with my ears as well as my previous helmet. The front edge of my ears (closest to my face) are nearly exposed even with it buckled, meaning my ears are not protected from the elements as well as I’d like. Great helmet, kept head warm but also was great when warmer days dur to ventilation system. Also purchased Smith I/O goggles, good combination but I expected a little better fit. If the helmet was worn as described in the Smith directions, just above the brow, the goggles would be resting on the tip of my nose. Had to let the helmet ride up a little higher which in turn allowed for a slight air gap where the goggle and helmet met. The only other minor dislike are the snap in ear pads, when uesd…
