Saved my son’s noggin Actually, this is the second Maze helmet I’ve purchased. My son had a pretty bad snowboarding accident in the first one, and was knocked unconscious (briefly). They had to take him down the mountain on a ski patrol sled, then in an ambulance to the hospital. Great Helmet! This helmet met our expectations of quality from Smith Optics.Styling and appearance:The purple color is just slightly darker than the Amazon photo (that is a plus in my opinion). The monster graphics are high quality with vibrant coloring.Comfort:There are limited venting options, but the helmet never seems to get too hot for me (YMMV).
