Ski Metrix Booster Dynamic Power Straps – Expert

Booster Straps are a boot-fitter’s go-to solution when skiers come in to the shop complaining about the dreaded (and painful) shin bang. The Booster strap is elastic with anti slip metal cam (that you can really wrench down!), allowing the skier to get an extremely close fit around the top of the boot. The elasticity of the Booster Strap speeds up the boot’s response time when turning and leaves less room between your Shin and the boot so they are more “as one” than ever before. The Booster can be used in addition to your stock power-strap, but to get the most out of it we recommend replacing your power-strap with the Booster which can usually be done with a screwdriver. There are two levels of Booster: Intermediate which has two elastic bands and the Expert that has 3, offering a bit more resistance for more aggressive skiing.

• The Booster Strap is made of high strength elastomeric webbing with an anti-slip micro-adjustable cam buckle. The elastomer allows flexibility, vibration and shock damping. The cam buckle assures a better fit and more comfort.
• The Booster Strap elastically fastens together the leg and the ski boot and provides direct ski control so the skis will start turning sooner and will end the turn faster.
• The graded elasticity of the product allows skiers to choose the reaction speeds that best suit their technical and physical characteristics and skiing ability.
