Not too bad though. I work outside in the winter months of Colorado, and I bought these for the days that are not quite cold enough to justify wearing my gigantic snow boots. They are warm enough with a pair of warm socks on days that are 40-50 degrees and windy, but any colder and my toes don’t stay warm. They are somewhat water proof, my feet usually stay dry as long as I’m not stepping in water deeper than an inch or so.
