Horrible customer service and huge design flaw Overall good headphones for a helmet. It is sometimes difficult to press the in-ear button through the ear cushion with gloves on, but it gets the job done and sounds nice.The part that worries me long term is that the audio jack which plugs into the speakers is rather long and needed to be shoved into the ear cushion. These are the BOMB!!! Even with gloves, it is easy to answer the phone, turn the volume up or skip a song. Great upgrade if you have a K2 helmet with audio already in it. TIP: Buy a 6″ extension cord (look at pic) so you can easily disconnect the helmet from the cord for lunch or bathroom breaks. You want the 90 degree end because of where the female hole is on the headphones. Straight cord will work too if you had to….
