Best running hat I have found. This is the second OR Swift hat I’ve owned. The first one, hopefully, had a random defect that caused the fitting clasp to meet an early demise. I glued it and limped it along for another couple years because it is a very comfortable hat and I didn’t want to lose it so soon. It was worth rolling the dice to see if this one will last longer and so far I have no indication that this hat has the same issue as the last. Sometimes you just get a dud in life. Looks good, comfortable, well made, cool in hot weather, dries super fast Good looking, comfortable on my head, and well made. This had seems durable, and OR generally makes things that last. This does a great job of ventilating and keeping my head cool. It looks like other designs I have used. On those others, the mesh panels are simply insets of the mesh sewn into the openings in the fabric. But on the Swift hat, the fabric in the crown is free-floating above the darker mesh–only sewn at the front and back. And there is a full coverage mesh layer against the top…
