K2 Luvit 76 Ski with ER3 10 Binding – 156

The K2 Luvit 76 is a relaxed, user-friendly ski that’s a great choice for beginners, intermediates, or just less aggressive skiers who don’t ski fast and are looking for a fun ski to cruise the groomers. K2’s women’s specific skis have become favorites among a wide range of ability levels. There are skis suited for the most aggressive, fastest skiers, skis for powder conditions, and skis like this that are more suited to recreational, more casual skiing. Just because they’re intended for beginners and intermediates, however, doesn’t mean they lack technology or attention to detail in the design process. The Luvit 76 uses a lightweight composite core with their All Terrain rocker profile. This construction is nice and lightweight, with Hybritech sidewalls adding in the necessary torsional stiffness to hold an edge through a carve. The rocker profile actually helps make turn initiation easier and it helps developing skiers work on their carving turns. They’ll help you go from sliding and skidding turns to linking real carves down the slopes. While they’re not the best performers in off-piste terrain and powder conditions, the rocker profile does give them a nice catch-free feel and more forgiving performance in variable conditions. If there’s soft snow on the trails you’ll still be able to get out there and enjoy making some fun, relaxed turns.
