Giro Surface-S Snow Helmet (Matte White, Large)

Perfect so far! Just to be clear, I have not used this helmet in the field yet but from what I can tell so far, this helmet is great especially for the price. The matte tank color is unique and the fit is very good. I did feel some pressure points when the helmet fit system was not tightened. Great Buy I picked up this helmet as an upgrade from my Scott helmet for 2 reasons. First, on heavy snow days the brim keeps the snow from saturating and fogging up my goggles and secondly, the dial-a-fit feature ensures a good fit with or without a beanie. The shipping was super fast so I got this just in time to take it to Tahoe for a huge powder day and I was very happy with it. Awesome helmet. Great deal. As a beginner snowboarder, this helmet has probably saved me from 3 concussions. The adjustable interior allows you to switch the size conveniently with just a few clicks depending on if you’re wearing a knit cap or not. I’m in between a 7 3/8 and a 7 1/2 baseball cap size. I will usually buy a 7 1/2 and let it shrink to my size to get the perfect fit. The Surface-S Large is a great fit for me. The grey matte finish also looks sweet and the bill provides a little style.
