Pros:This kit was a great deal for the money. We live in Washington and it costs $40 for a wax and sharpening of the blades. So if I do this twice, I am saving money. It was easy with this set and took about 30-45 minutes total to wax and sharpen my blades. (I probably used too much wax and had to scrape off a lot but I wanted to get it super smooth.) Pretty disappointed in this kit. In particular, the Iron. First, the iron is tiny. When I opened the package I laughed at the size of the iron. It looks like a doll play iron. Also, there is no way the dial on the iron is accurate. I have to dial the heat all the way up to where it says over 300 degrees to get it to melt the wax on the skis (suggested temp for wax is 120-150 degrees). Even at it’s highest setting it has a hard time meting and spreading the wax evenly on the skis. The edge…
