The bag is foldable which is nice for storing in a locker I purchased this ski bag mainly for transporting my skis from home to the local resort(s) here in Northern Michigan. Sometimes my skis are in the back of a pick up truck, a SUV and even in the back of my work van. I feel my skis and poles are well protected in this bag during transport.
