Two issues….. The crossbars arrived in a day or two, so fast shipping. Two issues – one was that the bars, when positioned in the proper location (both front-to-back and left-to-right thanks to the handy tips here in the product reviews) were about 3/8 of an inch short of meeting the mounting rails on each side. Easy Install and Nice Add to CRV The crossbars are great. I read a number of reviews, and as a result, the installation instructions before I ordered. Seemed like it would be easy enough. I probably spent about 20 minutes installing the crossbars on my 2016 CRV. Just remember to adjust the length of the bars as part of the process. They are easy to adjust by loosening the screws on one end and making them longer or shorter. I was cautious with the front one so it took a little longer to get it the right length. The back one…
Great cross bars for a 2014 Honda CRV I purchase these roof cross bars for my 2014 CRV with my factory R,L, roof racks in order to mount a roof basket. The crossbars was delivered three days after I ordered them. Very quick delivery. Both cross bars were labeled front, rear and front side with stickers. After removing the rubber seals on the screw mounting holes on the rails ( use a flat plastic screw driver if possible not to stcrach the paint ) screw one side of crossbar in.
